Bill and Brian Clark are excellent realtors and I have recommended them many times without hesitation. I was a VERY picky buyer and Brian showed me house after house without giving up. He also flips homes and is very good at knowing what work has been done to houses, if its been done right and has great information on how much remodels would cost. So, I got a very good overview of every house I went though, which was very important in the Highlands and St. Matthews. I am giving him an A+++ because he got me the house I wanted. My new home was listed the Saturday of a holiday weekend. When most realtors were on vacation Brian was working hard. He knew I would love the house and got me the listing within MINUTES of it going on market. As a result, I was the first one to see the home and had an offer in that same day. Other realtors were actually calling Brian to get their clients into my house but he was already helping me. In total there were 4 back up offers but my home purchase went smoothly because of his expertise I got from Brian and I got the house I love!
If anyone is looking in the Highlands or St. Matthews now, you know how important it is to have a responsive relator. Don't take chances with someone who won't be there for you. If you're looking in a competitive market Bill and Brian are your guys.

He is a very nice guy. He found the house that I am currently living in. He sold my house for me in one day. He has done a lot of work in this area. He works with his son. He has been very patient with my dad. They put their house up for sale about six years ago and then changed their minds. They went back to him recently and he sold their house.
