the result was excellent. the gentlemen who performed the service was concerned about cleaning the chair on our laminate floors, which I appreciated, so he moved the chair outside.

have two young kids and both pieces of furniture show the wear-and-tear of that. The technician took extra time and effort to get the sofa in particular as clean as possible. He was very professional and friendly and I appreciated his efforts to give us the best service possible. I've used Sear's in the past and will use them again.

The service they provided was good. They were on time and clean. They were very good.

I got stuff out of the way for the vent cleaning and while he was taking care of that I had time to move all the other furniture and lamps, etc. When Ron arrived, he said we did a great job of clearing everything away for him. It took him a while to get all the cat hair off the couches cause they were a mess. But he got them very clean. He explained that we would need to vacuum after the carpet dried cause there was still some cat hair in there that wouldn't come up til it was dry. He left some blue blocks for us to put under furniture. We had the house back together by midnight and the carpet was just lightly damp.

I think they did an excellent job. I've always had them because I think they do a great job. They steam clean and it looks so good when they are done. They are very efficient. I think the price is very reasonable for everything they do.

We had just put our home up for sale and needed to get all of our carpets shampooed. We have 2 kids ages 4 and 1 who have done a lot of damage to them with spilling drinks, food and especially vomit. Part of our living room carpet smelled very bad from vomit. Once he was done, our carpets looked like new and the vomit odor was completely gone. Even to this day, you can't smell anything.

I had quite a bit of work done. They were on time and worked really well. Everything turned out really clean. They did a really good job overall.

The tech did a great job and worked with the vac until all lint was out of the vent. Very helpful friendly and did quality work.

They were good but did not get out the entire stain, and seemed knowledgeable on what he was showed up on time and I would recommend him. I would give them an A on the overall experience.

IT WAS FANTASTIC. I HAVE A CARPET CLEANER BUT I DON'T THINK IT DEEP CLEANS LIKE THAT. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OVERALL. THINGS CAME UP THAT I'VE SPOT TREATED BEFORE AND COULDN'T GET UP. THE PEOPLE ARE VERY COURTEOUS REGARDING MY HOUSE, MY BELONGINGS, AND HOW THEY TREAT ME AS A PERSON.

IT WAS VERY GOOD. I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU RATE AIR DUCT CLEANING. YOU DON'T KNOW UNTIL A COUPLE OF WEEKS LATER WHEN YOU SEE THE QUALITY OF AIR IN THE HOME AND WE'RE VERY PLEASED WITH THAT.

THE CLEANING OF THE AIR DUCTS WENT VERY SMOOTHLY. THE PRICE WAS GOOD FOR THE SERVICE. IT TOOK THEM LESS THAN A WEEK TO COME OUT AND DO THE JOB WHEN I CALLED THEM.

THEY HAD AN ACCIDENT WITH ONE OF THE VENTS WHICH ENDED UP STAINING THE CARPET IN ONE BEDROOM AND THEY ONLY DEDUCTED ABOUT FIVE DOLLARS FROM OUR BILL. THEY THEN SENT SOMEONE TO COME CLEAN THE CARPET AND THE STAIN DIDN'T COME OUT. THAT WAS ALL THEY DID AFTER THAT. THE PERSON THEY SENT OUT WAS VERY NICE BUT THE FOLLOW UP WAS NOT VERY GOOD.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD AND THE WORK WAS GOOD. THE CLEAN UP WAS NOT GOOD BECAUSE WHEN THEY RETURNED THE AIR DUCTS, THEY MADE SCRATCHES ON THE WALLS.

IT WAS OK. WE CALLED AND THEY CAME OUT. THE REASON I SAY IT WAS OK IS BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T GO BACK AND PUT BACK ALL THE GRATES THE RIGHT WAY. I DIDN'T CHECK THE WORK AS THEY DID IT. SO NOW I'M MISSING SOME SCREWS, SOME GRATES ARE ON WRONG, AND I DON'T THINK THEY EVEN CALLED BACK TO FOLLOW UP.

I HAD NEVER HAD THEM CLEAN THE CARPET BEFORE AND I WOULD NOT HAVE THEM BACK. I THOUGHT THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB. THEY DIDN'T DEEP CLEAN THE CARPETS WELL ENOUGH SO IT DIDN'T ACCOMPLISH MUCH.
