They were willing to help. They showed me the features on everything. They fine. It was good. They were very polite and very helpful.

Will definitely never use a Sears auto center again.  I had my wife take her car here to have her oil changed.  They were having a deal on oil changes for  $19.99.  I work on cars and usually change our own oil, but for this price it's cheaper for me to have them change it than it is for me to go to the store and buy the oil and filter myself.  After changing the oil they told my wife that the air filter was really old and needed to be replaced and that the serpentine belt was cracked and also needed to be replaced.  Both of these assessments were lies! I had just changed the air filter a month and a half ago when I put new spark plugs in.  I had also changed the serpentine belt three weeks prior to the oil change when I replaced my ac compressor.  My wife fell for the air filter bit, but luckily she told them she wanted to wait and talk to me first before changing the belt. So what should have been a $20 bill turned into close to $40.  This is the second time I've had a problem with this location ripping off my wife.  The last time she went to get the oil changed they told her she needed  special oil because her car has high miles.  So once again a $20 job suddenly turned into close to $40.  If you're looking for a trustworthy mechanics to work on your vehicle, Sears Auto is definitely not for you.
