I would use them again, I have used them in the past. I never saw the person that did the work. It was an oil change.

Sears schedules the jobs in the order that they come in, but do complete repairs in a timely manner. They normally have parts and people available so that there is not a long wait.
When we compared the price estimate before the work was done, we found it to be more reasonable than 2 other estimates which we got.

I was told it would take 1.5 hours before they would get to my car, so I spent some time at the adjoining mall. They didn't even pull my car into the garage until nearly 4 hours later, after which they contacted me by phone and confirmed the services and cost. The quality of the services seem fine, but the wait was unreasonable. I dropped my car off at 1:30 PM, but didn't leave until 6:30 PM. It would have been better to call me after 1.5 hours and inform me that it would be longer before they saw my car. I've used this garage before, but never experienced a wait quite this long. Normally they are a little slow and take longer than they estimate, but this was exceptionally poor customer service. However, the quality of work is good and my car has run well with their maintenance. I would recommend that when dropping your car off, you ask them to call you if the wait is going to be extended.

They do a good job.
