 + -1 moreHE SHOWED UP WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD AND HE DID WHAT HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO DO. HE WAS ABOUT A WEEK OR TWO LATE FINISHING THE HOME, BUT THAT'S TYPICAL. THE PRICES WERE VERY COMPETITIVE. WE ARE SATISFIED WITH THE HOME.
