Schmidt Remodeling

We had been having a small leak at the front of our fireplace during the heavier rains. We contacted Jason and he came to look over the situation. We discussed it with him and had him give us an estimate. He told us in detail what needed to be done and said it would be $350.00. We told him to get to it as soon as he could and he was on out job within a week. If I remember correctly, it took him about 4 to 5 hours to complete the job.
Jason is a very focus and steady worker and he is so meticulous that he even swept the small debris from the roof into a dust pan and carried it down the ladder rather than brush it onto the deck or into the eave trough. He did a great job! It looks great and it has not leaked again, not even in the worst of rains!

Our crawl space needed a vapor barrier (6 mil plastic) re-installed. Two foundation walls needed to have plastic draped on them as well as they tend to have moisture condense on them when weather conditions are condusive to that sort of phenomenon. Also, as there were many cable and satellite TV wires, and one electrical wire, tangled and laying on the ground, we asked Jason to straighten them out and tack them up to the floor joists.
 Jason arrived on time as he has for all the jobs he has done for us. And should he be running a little late, he always calls to let me know.He, as he always does, went right to work and didn't fuss or complain about the task ahead or having to be in a crawl space. He didn't rush or seem hurried, he just worked steady and methodically and only took a brief lunch break. He did a GREAT job and completed the work in about 5 to 6 hours. And I must say, the work is beautiful! The wires are all straightened out and neatly tacked to the floor joists. The plastic is neatly installed and laid out squarely and flat. He created a whole new environment under the house.
