Doctor is the best dermatologist I've been too. The staff at the office is not friendly and if you call on phone it could be 8 weeks before they give you an appointment.

He tires to be as efficient and prompt as he can, but I think some patients will as way to many questions and that delays your appointment. To me he is worth the wait.  Insurance is good, he takes ours and we only pay a copay when we get the bill in the mail.
The only downside is that the staff he has is not very polite and sometimes you?ll have to wait about and hour to see him. His staff has told friends of mine at work [whom I recommended Dr. Smith] that they don?t take any more patients or that they don?t take our insurance BC/BS.  I?ve asked him about that and he told me both things are not true. So Doctor, if you?re reading this, you have to have a meeting with your staff and make them understand that they?re the face of your business and have to treat people with respect. Having said that, we love the doctor and hopes he is stioll in business for many years to come. Judging from the amount of patients that seek his care, he'll be here for a long time

He's great. I've gone to him for 15 years. He is a great dermatologist. He doesn't do any unnecessary anything. I've had numerous moles removed. He is reasonable. He has never done me wrong or tried to overprescribe.

Unfortunately I can't go to him anymore because my insurance changed. I like everything about him. He is a very well educated man who really knows his business. He has taken care of a lot of problems for me. I can't complain about anything, and I would give him an A+ for everything.

My primary care physician referred him to me. If I go in and he has to take off anything, he will say that he will call me at the end of the day between 4:30-5. He always calls between 4:30-5 to tell me if everything is okay or if something looks suspicious. It has been that way for 5 years. It just amazes me that a doctor can do that. He has a hectic practice. I do have to wait a while because he has a lot of patients. He used to have another person in practice with him but he is now solo so I do have to wait a while to see him, but that is okay. His staff is courteous and everything goes okay. He is a great doctor.

The doctor removed several lesions. The next day he called personaly to review the pathology report on my lesions (he always does this personally - he's to be commended for taking the time to do this. In fact my appointment was on a Friday and he called me Saturday afternoon with my results).

He called me back the next day with the test results. He is an excellent doctor and if you need one I would recommend him. He tries to do everything in one sitting so that you don't have to come back. If there is something wrong with you he personally calls you the next day whether it is good or bad. I will use him again in the future.
