The install went very poorly. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. We had new hardwood floors just installed in the kitchen. They moved our fridge and scratched/dented our new floors. Prior to moving, we provided options on ways to reduce the chance of scratching the floor- we could take the cabinet off above the fridge and we provided a spare piece of carpet to slide the fridge on. Installer said "it will all be fine." They asked us to write a note on our order that they are not liable for floors and appliances. We felt pressured as they were at our house, we had already disconnected the plumbing and did some demo, and refused to start until it was noted. This clearly is NOT a regular request as it was not an official document we needed to sign. Along with pressuring us in the moment, they said, it will be "fine." Installer did point out the scratch and told us it is easily repaired with some sand paper and stain. We understood things happen, and tried that repair. Because it was so deep, it did not work. Therefore, we asked the hardwood installer to come back to repair. He said it would be $500-$600 to repair due to the extent and length of the damage. We contacted Savvy regarding this. As they say they are not liable, they will not do anything. We asked about other customers and their floors, and they said they ask ALL CUSTOMERS to move their own appliances. Makes no sense. They are kitchen remodelers. This is their JOB. AND they also INSTALL FLOORING. We know that the family members who recommended them did not have to sign any documents, nor move their appliances. So this is something they made us do. You can't tell me that they honestly expect all homeowners to move their own appliances! They should've taken some precautions when moving the fridge, especially in-light of them being new floors, but they did not. And they will not stand by their customers. They did not offer to pay for the damages, or even help. Obviously they do not have any integrity or value their customers and referrals. In the scheme of things, that shouldn't be a big expense to them in their bottom line for the job, or the increased business they could get for referrals. To us, who just spent $3,000 on new granite, and also additional on flooring, that is a big expense and inconvenience. Please do NOT use Savvy Home Supply and make sure family and friends know this negative experience. I do not want anyone else to be left with their floors or appliances damaged and the extra cost and inconvenience of repair. I am sure there are other granite companies in Louisville who stand by their customers and deliver a great product and installation.

Started with granite install, decided to proceed with cabinets; worked within our budget and timing
