I have used Greenhaven on several occasions in the past. Each time they have done a very professional job. Their employees are courteous, professional, and follow safety measures. They remove the debris and clean up the area before leaving. I trust the owners' knowledge and guidance regarding any issues I've had with my trees in the last 22 years.

Large portion of an oak tree fell during overnight storm, leaving an unsafe situation. Called Robert at 8:00 am and they were on the job by 9:45 on Christmas eve. They secured the limbs and were able to cut and remove the damage safely and quickly as well as clean up perfectly.

We found them a little bit better. They were all excellent. We really like them. I would use them again in the future.

We've used Greenhaven for nearly 20 years now for care maintenance of our beautiful trees and we've never been disappointed. We've used them for annual trimming, removal, disease treatment, Japanese Beetle treatment, advice, and storm clean-up etc.
They're a model for customer service and professionalism. They won't be the cheapest by any means, but I'd recommend them to anybody as the best overall value.

The Sugar Gum had to go. Thousands of and quot;monkey ballsand quot; or spiked seed pods that got stuck to the dog, wreaked havoc on the mower, and were everywhere. I hate to remove a signature tree, but it had to go.
I got three quotes for the job. Greenhaven's quote was the same as the others to remove ONE tree! Everything about Greenhaven is professional; business practices, documentation, phone response and timeliness. Their trucks and uniforms are green and clean and perfect. This contrasts to grimy rusted trucks and workers in torn clothes.
Everyone worked. The crew of four were amazingly efficient. Boom operator and bucket cutter, and two kids hauling, chipping and cleaning. They took the tree down in sections and the big one was gone in 30 minutes. The second tree was done in about the same time. They constantly cleaned as they went which was impressive. Everything, including the street, was raked, swept, and blown. They were careful with the lawn, laying mats for the equipment as necessary.
The stump grinding happened two days later and again was perfect. The Maple had extensive root spread since the tree was planted wrong 20 years ago. When the job was done, all surface roots were pulverized and all I had to do was rake it out.
Although this was a simple job, I would want them if I had to remove a very big dangerous tree next to my house.
In summary, they were the least expensive of the three bids and were absolutely perfect.

Great! Could not ask any more. I wanted a few changes after the work was started and they took care of me with no problems. Didn't even ask for more money. Best tree Service I ever used.

They went above and beyond. There was no disruption. They were clean, neat and very competitively priced. I would give them top marks across the board.

I used them two or three years ago. I called them up, and they are going to use the same quote they used before. They told me they will be out sometime at the end of the month. They did excellent work before, and I did not have one thing to complain about. Their quote was high compared with the other quotes, but I am not sure if those other people would have given a good service as they did. Their quality of service was absolutely top. That is why I decided, why should I look for somebody else and try to get a couple hundred dollars cheaper when they were superior in every phase. There was no need for me to look in any place else again.

We've had them for several years and are very pleased with them. They selectively prune with an artistic eye so that you can't tell they have been trimmed. They do significantly more than just cutting trees/limbs. Once you become a regular customer we can call them on short notice and they are very responsive. We've had severe storms and they have responded on short notice due to the relationship we have developed over the years.

They were very courteous and I had mulch around the trees and when they finished, they replaced the mulch. I almost would not have known that they were there to do the work. I thought it was a very good price for what they did. I will continue to use them again in the future.

They were very pleasant and helpful. They came on time and completed the work they said they would. They were knowledgeable. The price varies depending on the size of your project, but it is always worth it.

I called for an estimate and gave them my address. Even though I was not able to be home when the estimate was done, they completed the report and it was much lower than I had paid a couple of years ago. They told me that it would be several weeks since there was recently a windstorm in the area. They called me just a week or 2 weeks later to say that they would be in the area and could they schedule with me? They scheduled me for the first appointment of the day to work around my kids' naptime! They also made sure that I got permission fron the neighbor since they would have to park in her driveway to have access to the holly tree.

The day of the trimming, there was a heavy storm and they called early to say that had to wait a little longer for the rain to pass. They arrived when it was still drizzling and they were very courteous and prompt and professional. I had forgotten to get an estimate on the second tree and one of the arborists was able to give me the price within minutes. I wrote the check and my part was done! They parked their large chipper truck in front of the house and the trimming part with cherry picker in the neighbor's driveway. There were 2 or 3 guys working. Both trees were trimmed very well and all debris, leaves, and branches were cleaned up when they left. No complaints! I will definitely use them again.

The original estimate took some time to get, but I did indicate it wasn't an emergency. The job supervisor was in contact with me the morning of the job and again the next day. The job went very smoothly.

This tree row was seriously neglected for many years. We thought it would cost far more to get 2 trees removed and many, many damaged and out-of-balance limbs removed. However, Greenhaven did careful, thoughtful work--the tree row looks 100% better--and they did more than we initially contracted. My impression was that they were more interested in getting the tree row in shape than the specifics of our initial contract. I was very impressed with this factor as well as they careful way they assessed the work to be done--carefully considering what was aesthetically pleasing, but (more importantly) what was best for the tress. I was also very impressed with the care they took not to damage my flower garden (under the trees!). I have had work done by other "tree companies" and I have never been impressed with the work. Greenhaven is a first in that regard.

The experience was good. They were nice. They gave me the option of getting the work done later, so that I could get a winter discount. They made sure that nothing was looming that needed their immediate attention. They were good.
