My wife and I were relocating from Chicago to Louisville, and fortunate enough to be referred to Sam to find our first home. Our experience could not have been better! We weren't familiar with the area so our search area was scattered; a challenge since we were traveling back and forth. Thankfully, Sam was very organized and efficient which allowed us to make the most of our time, and her impressive knowledge of Louisville real estate ensured we visited only the right properties.
Sam was also incredibly thorough in researching specifics like the age and condition of roof, HVAC, and even appliances, which helped us make an educated decision. Her experience continued to shine throughout the offer, negotiations and closing. Our first time home purchase, including relocation to a new city, was a breeze thanks to Sam! And to top it all off, she's as sweet and personable as can be. We highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling property!

Samantha (or Sam) is awesome.  I have sold one other house in the past and I wasn't all that impressed in what the Realtor did for his money.   I guess there really are good and bad in every occupation.  I had the bad last time, and Sam is the great.  Ever heard of a Realtor answering their phone every time you call?  Sam did.   Answering emails?  Check.  
I think the home buying process is too confusing, Sam knows her stuff and explained it all to us.  Plus, she is fun to be around.  You spend lots of time with a Realtor.  Our last guy wasn't very friendly, and the process was painful.  We actually looked forward to seeing houses with Sam.  Thanks again Sam for helping us.  We couldn't have done it without you!
