They provided an oil change. I've been using them for 8 years. They are the dealer and they know what they are doing. It's drop in, you don't make an appointment. They communicate very well and let me know what is going on. The waiting is okay.

They do high quality work, price is questionable. They could do a little quicker turn around when I'm there so I don't have to wait so long for service. Other than that they have been pretty good. The waiting room is real good, clean, nice area, I can go and do work when I'm there, no problem.

It didn't cost me anything, it was a recall/something that they take care of. At the time when they had told me to bring the car in, I brought it in. They called me the next day and said that they didn't have room to store the car there. I had to bring the car home. I got a rental car but I didn't know when it was going to be due back or anything. They called me one day and said that my rental term would be up the next day of which Honda hadn't called to have my car brought in or anything. They forgot that they wanted me to bring it home, they didn't know where my car was. I guess maybe they just didn't make a note of it because they had told me to bring it back home. I guess they didn't make a note of it that I brought it home.

The quality of service was fine. There was just on little thing. There was one thing we needed done and the salesman that we bought the car from said that he would do it, but he apparently quit and when we went to go and have this done he was gone so we elected just to skip what he was going to do for us. I don't think it was the dealership's fault because they probably have high turnover there. Their punctuality was fine.
