There was some things we weren't told about and we were charged for when we picked up the car. It wasn't enough for us to kill the deal but it made me mad.

The initial contract I had with them to make the appointment, the person was on the phone was rude and I mean I called to make the appointment and it's like they didn't have time to give me the time of day it was either take it or leave it and then when I was trying to work it out you know they were acting like they were trying to get me off the phone so they could move on to something else. When I brought the car in all that went okay and they were very nice and gave me a ride back to home from I dropped the car off. I explained everything what was going on with the car when I dropped it off well anyway long toward the end of the day they called and with the estimate for the purchase that I had a ten thirty appointment and it was after five I would say near closing. But anyway they said that they would have to keep it overnight. They didn't let me know earlier you know or anything like that so they kept the car overnight they did fix it by the next day close of business they called and said  the car was ready. So we went down to pick it up and when I was paying for it there was some things on, when they did the repairs they gave the car a multi point inspection but anyway there was some notes that the mechanic made about the car, and one of the notes. The main reason I took the car in was the air conditioner wasn't working. Well they found that the reason was part of a switching problem inside the dash and they fixed that part. But one of the notes the mechanic made in the margins was the air conditioner isn't cooling. When I got there to pick up the part they fixed the switch problem but nobody ever told me the air conditioner itself needed a charge of free on or whatever it was and that it needed to charge because it wasn't cooling. Why didn't they tell me that, that way it would have saved me a trip. Now I've got to make another appointment to back and have the air conditioner fixed.

The quote is about $5200. They are always very courteous.

They have always been extremely nice. They have been very helpful to me. They answer all of my questions. I have been very appreciative of them.

The door handle needed to be ordered, so it took longer than planned. However, I could easily have picked up the car, driven home, and returned the next day rather than leave the car until completed.

We have been going there for years now and have not ever had any problems.

I always think they are fine, because I don't compare price so I think they are okay.

I have been using Swope for service since 2000. They are professional and competent. They get busy sometimes, and it might take a little longer for service. I have been extremely pleased with their work, and I definitely plan to keep using them in the future.

Their service was great and they were very nice. They were a bit expensive. They have never tried to sell any products. I would use them in the future.

It's a good shop and they did the repairs quickly, which we needed so that we could take a scheduled family road trip. I had to take it back once to reattach some bolts on the undercarriage, but it was cosmetic and had nothing to do with the safety of the car. I think that was based on them trying to hurry to accomidate my needs. Overall, I was happy and I would use them again for any major repair.

We have been taking our car to the dealership for a while now. We like the service there. I have no idea how much we spent, but the price was pretty reasonable. I would recommend them to others. We will continue to use them in the future.

The Sam Swope tech should have suspected EGR based on my list of symptoms and his supposed familiarity with and training in servicing Honda's. I shudder to think of how upset I would have been if I had accepted their diagnosis and replaced the transmission at about $4500 and found I still had the same problem. Apparently if the CHECK ENGINE light ain't on, they don't have a clue as to diagnosing problems.

We've been very pleased. The finance department was very helpful and we have been happy with the service department as well. They do a good job, and have been honest about repairs. We've probably paid a bit more to have it serviced at the dealer, but we like knowing that they are Honda experts and that there is some accountability. Their customer service is great, and I know it might sound silly, but I always appreciated the fact that they wash the car for you before giving it back after service.

They are very knowledgeable. They do an excellent job. I trust them. It's easy to make appointments. You can make appointments online and they do have a shuttle service to take you home or back to work. You have your own car consultant that you can contact, meaning the same person is watching over your car every time it is serviced. I would recommend them to others.

I think that the pricing high. I think that the other problems that I've had is that a couple of times they have over filled transmission and motor oil in my Honda's. It makes me wonder how they're doing on the services that I can't see. I continue to go there for convenience purposes.

We have been using their services for about twelve years and have not had a problem yet. I like everything about them. Anytime you go in they are so polite. They are helpful and explain things well. They do not try to overcharge you. I feel very comfortable with them. They have a nice office and waiting area too.
