Jay arrived on time and did an extremely thorough home inspection. He gladly let me follow him as he inspected each part of my home and took his time to explain what he was inspecting and what issues if any he saw and what his suggestions were. I would highly recommend Jay.

Jay Jackson met my husband and I promptly at our recently purchased home and proceeded to explain in very simple terms what we should expect from the inspection process. The entire inspection lasted around 2 and a half hours and he was very thorough and meticulous throughout the duration. He was very friendly yet professional and it took only one phone call to set up the inspection and get it done within a few days. Our report came back the same day along with pictures to back up his observations and suggestions. Jay Jackson returned our call within 24 hours and met our contract schedule to perform the inspection. He spent at least 4.5 hours meticulously inspecting the 2-story house and basement. He found water damage around the windows, in the basement and a defect in one of the appliances. If he hadn't found the extensive window damage, it would have cost us thousands of dollars within the next 2 years to replace/repair the damages.
