Troy was really great to work with all the way through. He was very good at communicating and promptness and cleanliness. All of the people he used on his team were great at what they did too. When we caused a delay in part of the remodel, Troy worked around it and kept things moving forward anyway. Troy really cares about the quality of craftsmanship in the end product and that helps all the way through.

We have just had a complete bathroom remodel done by Russell'sRemodeling.  It entailed gutting the whole bathroom and replacing a bathtub with a shower.  The project was a total success.  The quality of the work was impeccable.  Troy went to great lengths to meet our expectations and he made sure that all of our concerns were addressed.We were particularly impressed with the respect Troy and his staff had for our property.  When they cleaned up at the end of the day, everything was spotless.  Each morning before they began work, they took great care in putting down tarps to protect our carpeting. Troy and his helper Mark were completely courteous, friendly and professional and greeted us with a smile everyday.  The work that was performed by the contractors that Troy used was beyond reproach.  They also took great care to look out for our cats so we didn't have to worry about them escaping. If and when we do another remodel, Russell's Remodeling will be the only company we call. Thanks

He showed up on time every day and when he left at the end of the day there was no mess. It took weeks but we were prepared for that. I worried a little about the tile guys. They would show up at 9:00 AM and work until 5:00 PM every day without taking a break. Apparently they didn't want to interrupt the flow of the work. The end result was exactly what we wanted. Our new bathroom is beautiful and we have a place to store the toilet paper.
