Royal Jewelers is a family business that is 65 years old this year. We have been serving Louisville since 1947. We carry Tacori Bridal Jewelry, Pandora Jewelry, Tacori 18K925 Jewelry, Hidalgo Jewelry and much more. We have a wonderful Jeweler/Designer on site. We also have a Graduate Gemologist (GIA) and Certified Gemologist Appraiser (AGS) that can appraise your jewelry.

Lynn and his staff are the gold standard in customer service. I live in Louisiana, and needed a small ring for my daughter in a rather short time frame. We found the ring she liked on Royal Jeweler's website and contacted them. Their level of responsiveness and eagerness to get what we wanted, when we wanted, was quite impressive. This was a small scale purchase, but they treated me like I was purchasing a $100,00 tiara- truly. Lynn and Stephanie contacted me several times to ensure they could get the ring quickly from their dealer (who drove it over to their store that week), and sized and shipped asap. We received the ring last night, exactly when they said we would. It was even more lovely than the picture online. They have our business from this point forward. Good quality people.

They are nice there and I like to go to the store.  I spent $90 for the appraisal.  It was a very good experience.  They were very organized.  They gave a report that was useful and I was happy.  I buy jewelry there.  Overall stuff for buying things, there is one fixed price for the things that I bought and everybody has the same price.  The manufacturer requires everybody to sell it for the same price so there is no this one is better than that one.  Their communication is good.  I get e-mails about special events.
