The Fischer's started the first Roto-Rooter franchise in our area serving most of Kentucky and Indiana in 1946. We still service Louisville, KY and all surrounding areas including Southern Indiana. We are not controlled or owned by corporate Roto-Rooter, which allows us the opportunity to manage our market more effectively. This truly makes us your local, neighborhood plumber.

I loved how quickly they came out, you don't want something like that sitting for a few days. They fixed it quickly, and they said if we had any other problems, we should call them.

The plumber covered his shoes when he came into the house. He then checked what needed to be done and explained it to me before starting. He was very polite and he did a good job. We were pleased with him.

It went great. I've used them before and have always had a nice experience. They were booked the day I called but I waited until the next day. They are worth the wait. Paul was one of the nicest people I've ever had in my home, he explained what he was going to do and why, and fixed my problem. He didn't leave a mess and wasn't here very long.

I had a really positive experience with them. The only problem I had they charge by the drain and the last time they were out; there were emergency stuff in the bathroom that they had to clean up afterwards. It's the first time since I've used them that the guy was impeccable but honestly; I would call them again. They have the correct tool to do the job.

The service I had done was my sewer line needed cleaning out, its pretty much a yearly thing with a old house. Jacob was very professional and on time. He showed me the roots and grease that was in my line and made sure the sewer line was flowing like it should. It was one of the smoothest dealings I had with a plumbing company.

Worker had to put a lot of effort using a very long snake into the sewer line in order to clear sewer line.

Service man did what he is supposed to do, used water pressure to attempt to clear out outdoor drain line..Unfortunately, he was not able to do very much even with the hydraulic pressure. There are likely roots in the line, or the line is collapsed, so he was not able to make them free-running. We are not positive what the specific problem is and I will have to dig up the line at certain areas. Service man did what he was supposed but water pressure was not able to clear the line. There are other issues here that I will have to employ to fix the problem

Took several tries to get the snake to go the right direction, but he finally got the roots that were clogging the line. Also replaced the shut off valve and the mounting flange for the toilet. Plumbing and fixtures were original from 1964 build. (I had a new toilet being installed in a few days, as well as ALL water shutoffs replaced, by someone else.)

I am so thrilled with the service provided by the Technician--Paul-and the Roto Rooter Company. I woke up to a plumbing disaster/emergency of a flooded.bathroom upstairs and water pouring down ceiling into the downstairs ceiling etc etc Roto Rooter sent Paul out very very promptly and the entire broken pipe etc was fixed by Paul super super fast andcompleted professionally. I felt liken Paul was a guardian angel and I'm so grateful for his service and Roto Rooter...thank you!! Will always be using them in the future and would highly recommend the company esp for plumbing emergencies!!
