Kimberly was great! She did a great job taking our requirements of what we wanted and showing us homes that might work. She was very patient as we changed some of our requirements over time. She was very helpful in familiarizing us with Louisville and its neighborhoods. She also very good at pointing out features and attributes - good and bad - of the properties she showed us. She was extremely responsive and always prompt. No question went unanswered. For our house tours, we usually arrived 5-10 minutes early at the designated meeting place to find Kimberly already there waiting for us. We felt she made a concerted effort to make good use of our time. Once we found the house, we were happy with how Kimberly handled the offers/counteroffers and the subsequent closing. She was also helpful in getting us information about the house after the closing. Great experience working with Kimberly and I highly recommend her.
