I use ROPPEL'S Auto Service Center as my mechanic. The car was making a rubbing noise and my electricity through the car was acting up and blinking funny. I thought it was going to be really expensive but it ended up being really minor on both counts. My experience has been good. They are wonderful, completely honest and family owned. They tell you what they are going to do and they are on time. I've never had an issue with them running late or not being able to find the part. They will honestly explain each and every step of the process: how much each item is. Their labor cost is significantly lower than a lot of other places and, generally, they can give you a discount on a lot of the parts that you order. They are always cheaper. I thought my entire alternator was going to have to be replaced but they told me that it was just the harness and the wires and that was $15. I'm sure they could have said they would replace this and that but they told me honestly what it was. They are VERY honest. Sometimes they run a little behind but it is worth waiting. They are the only mechanic I will take my car to.

I had the best experience with them, and they work on Saturday which was important for me. They are located next door to my work and that was great but the friendliness of service was above board and I will have all my work done there in the future!

Roppel's is a family owned business that is very reliable and honest. They do everything. The experience went great. They were completely helpful. We ordered the parts through them so we did not have to deal with a secondary person. Everything was quick and done within the time promised. The estimate they gave us was correct.
