ROOF RESTORATION INC

I requested an estimate on cleaning the side of the roof over our garage, I was quoted $225.00, and then suggested for an additional $75.00 he would clean the three spots on the front of the house for a total of $300.00. I inquired if he did awnings, he said no but could order awning cleaner inexpensively and would do it for me because the guys would be on the roof anyway. I was very appreciative, however when he came to clean the roof he said he did not have the cleaner for the awning and that he would come back to do it After not hearing from him for quite some time I phoned and he told me he had forgotten and that he would take care of it that week, I questioned him about the spots on the front of the house that they were still there, he said when he came to clean the awning he would look at the spots on the front of the house. More time went by and still never heard from him. I left another message with a woman at his phone number and still never received a call back. I left another voice mail on his phone that I was not happy with the spots on the front of the house and that my receipt shows a one year warranty, and that I was finding someone else to do my awning but would appreciate the three spots on the front of the house to be taken care of. I even sent a letter, still no response.
