Gutters & Downspouts Cleaning Service

The provider was contracted to clean my second floor gutters at a price of $275. He arrived at 11:15 AM and advised he was done at 12:57 PM. Upon inspection, I found that he had not cleaned all sections of the gutters. He advised he did not have a ladder to get to those sections despite having been sent pictures of those sections prior to the project and confirming he could complete the work. Gutters are still overflowing in 3 places. Contractor did not do a contract- he provided his price in the Angi facilitated text messages. Contractor also would not accept card and requested cash.
