Work was done well,price was reasonable, Have used him as my primary mechanic for several years and have had very good experiences with him - very honest and professional. The grade of "F" displayed makes no sense because his reviews are mostly "A"s. and very positive.

The brakes staled on a trip and he wouldn't make it good. For price, I would give him a B because he did some work before the brake job at a reasonable level. For punctuality, I would gave him a B because he got the job done but it just wasn't a good one. For professionalism, he was insulting and so I gave him an F. He showed no concern about the safety of my family and I. Basically, he referred me to the insurance company who wouldn't pay any money. It was pretty dissatisfying.

He said I need to go to auto parts shop and purchase some steering leak and sealing fluid . Also a new cap for steering fluid
tank. I did what he said and to this day it is working great.. It was making noise and hand to turn wheel.

Have used Rod for 25+ years. Dependable, honest, thorough, honest and friendly. Only works on American cars which is why I have only bought domestic for the last 25 years!! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
