I've used him for years. He's extremely reliable and very reasonable. He's extremely knowledgeable. He's pleasant and he does a good work. He's very professional. He knew what he was doing. There's nothing negative I could say about him.

Total time for the entire job took one and a half hours which I found very acceptable considering the first 20 minutes or so was need to diagnose the problem. Mr. Harrod is very easy to work with: a calm, low key personality; very knowledgeable and systematic in his manner. I get the impression that he's about seen it all, so even the most puzzling or challenging situations, don't appear to trouble him.
Ten years ago I used his services as a sub-contractor on a large basement remodeling job. About a year ago, he repaired a portion of a circuit that suddenly went dead. In every case, he's doing the work himself - sometimes supplemented with a helper.
He is extremely reliable and very trustworthy.

Job went very well. They were very easy to work with and really listened to what we wanted and helped provide ideas for our update. Work was done to a high quality.

He went above and beyond. He fixed minor things that weren't in the contract and fixed problems we didn't even know about.

Mr. Harrod was friendly and professional. He assessed the damage and called to let us know what was wrong, how it needed to be fixed, and gave us an estimate which we thought was very reasonable. He completed the work and adivsed us when the electricity would be restored to the home. He gave us pointers to deal with the appliances and electronics and we were very pleased with the experience and he followed up to see if everything was satisfactory. We really appreciated his service.

Robert and his son Matt as well as another electrician were all on the job working h****** time in the beginning as there was alot to do. As things slowed a bit there were usually two electricians working steadily. The work was done very professionally and completely. They were very detail oriented and had many good suggestions to help us through our remodel. They were very neat and friendly and I would recommend them without reservation.

There were two people and it took them about three hours to complete the installation. After it was installed, they checked all of the outlets and switches to make sure they worked. I think they did a good job. They seemed to know exactly what they were doing and the whole process went smoothly. They showed up on time.
