If you ever have any problems with heating or air I highly recommend you call Robbins. They are very professional . I had them install a new Trane air conditioner nine years ago and it is still working fine.I just recently had them install a new furnace . Our old one was over twenty years old and time to replace it. The two men they sent out were very nice and wasted no time getting the job done.

Robbins is the absolute best in Louisville. I have used them in the past and after receiving a few quotes to replace our HVAC system, I decided to stick with them. Everyone has been very professional and accommodating and their pricing is very fair. There are some questionable HVAC companies in Louisville but you can rest easy knowing you are getting the best service at the best price by using Robbins

It took under a half an hour to complete the work.

It's free because we have a contract with them for maintenance. They have good professionalism and they are prompt to do the work.

Overall experience was good they busted a fitting trying to fix the old piping and charged us for that but other than that we were very happy with the end result

Installation was OK. Performance of AC is acceptable. That of furnace is disappointing, although some of this could be a fault of equipment rather than installer. Major complaint is in finding that a single stage thermoset was installed to control the more expensive TWO STAGE furnace. And when this situation was pointed out to Robbins, I was impolitely rebuffed with no immediate explanation. After complaining to the Better Business Bureau, a letter of partial but unacceptable explanation was received with little offer of relief.

Money spent, installation incomplete.

They had actually installed it in the house originally so they seemed to know the system since they put it in. It was part of a service agreement thing. They were fine.

It was part of a service plan. It must have been good, we haven't had any problems. He was on time. He was well-prepared, he was good. I didn't have to mess with them. I brought them in, they do their thing and then they leave. They didn't leave any evidence.

Very well. Didn't take long. He pointed out a few things that I should be doing regularly. Very pleasant.

Very good. Person who gave the estimate provided good information and installers arrived on time the day they came to complete work.

Scheduling the service was very difficult. It took talking to the owner to get on the calendar. They did the home inspection on the units prior to us buying the house and provided a repair estimate for our closing. We took vacation for the week for movers and all repairs. Tried for a couple weeks to get a date during that week and finally got it. Took more freon than quoted so cost was $500 more than original quote.

Installers were 1st class. Very personable and professional. They are true craftsmen of their trade. One tackle the inside while the other did the outside, and looped me when they had questions to preferences for the routing of certain pipes. I did my homework on this project, had a total of 8 bids. They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive. They were however the most transparent, informative, and stand behind their labor. It shows in their attention to detail.

Robbins was available quickly after contacting them.  They were able to provide a much lower repair cost than the other company and completed the work several days later.  Instead of encouraging me to replace my functional furnace with a new system, they repaired the existing furnace for less than half of what the other company quoted me.  I was very appreciative of the low cost, prompt repair, and expert opinion on the job.  Happy to use Robbins in the future for my HVAC needs.

Kevin Robbins was excellent to work with and assured the installation would be done right. Installers Mike and Steve first introduced themselves and explained the noise associated with the installation. They arrived at  830 am and finished at 530 pm.        the installation went well and no mess. I am extremely satisfied with the new equipment and Robbins  Heating and Air are truly a factory authorized dealer. I know if i need service Kevin will be there for me.

Technicians found the problems, fixed them and were professional and friendly while doing it on the hottest days of the summer.  100% pleased and thankful.
