Rob was punctual and didn't cut corners. He re-framed the opening so this older door fit well and closed well on my older home. I will definitely call Rob again for other projects.

Overall Rob was very easy to work with, punctual, and very hardworking. He did explain he was not an expert at tiling or drywall and that he wanted to play around with new ideas during our project. There were a few areas I think were sub-standard such as cracked tiles, tile lines not lining up, a crack in the bottom of the toilet that wasn't there before the remodel, and messy caulking/drywalling work. However, I think this is an example of paying for what you get. The price was very reasonable and Rob was great to work with. I think we just should have listened to him when he told us what he was good at and what he wasn't!

Arrived right on time and proceeded to install the faucet. The only draw back was he had to go to a home center and get flexible extensions, which he didn't have with him. This took an addition 45 minutes. Came back and installed the faucet. Works great. Was very neat and tidy. Would recomend him any time.

Rob had the best design, knew the accessibility requirements and built a good solid ramp.

He answered all calls, had to wait till he had a day to come to do the work but when he did come, he stayed with the job till the end. I had to add other little tasks not agreed upon at the beginning but he had no problem with that. His charges were very reasonable. I have already referred him to my friends.

Did a good job although I will have to revisit the electrical wiring of the ceiling fan so that it works with the wall switch and not just the remote control.

We are very much impressed with the job that Mr. Medcraft did. When our carpenter needed to speak with him over the weekend, he dropped everything and came over for a consult, which produced a much better result. He started quickly, articulated clearly what he would do (and carried through with what he said he would do), cleaned up after himself, and consulted with us when a few unexpected problems developed because of the materials and the wallboard. Medcraft has excellent work habits: arrives when he says he will, works quietly and methodically, has the right tools and materials, and is a pleasant, well-mannered person to have work in your home. We will have him do more work for us!

He gave me the highest estimated price, but I hired him, because he sounded better than other two choices. He offered us to replace whole damaged pieces instead of cutting parts out and replace sections. He stated it would look better. I agreed, and the work he finished looks good. However, two items, soffitt sections that were at height of 25-30 feet from the ground, he didn't want to finish (from the estimate). After fixing lower level rotted wood, he told me his ladder has broke and I need to hire somebody else to finish these parts of damaged. I didn't expect anybody to refuse to finish project so unprofessionally, even though I offered him to pay up-front some money so he could replace his ladder. Another problem was with door entry repair (also part of estimate). He estimated one price and than after he removed (broke) some of the wood (brick molding, and wood trim) he informed it will take more time and money to finish door entry. It is twice more than you can pay to install new door entry. We lost confidence in professionalism and to further continue project with this guy. We have no other choice than replace entire door entry and hire other contractor to finish the work.

I called. He came over the same day. We discussed what was needed and he gave an estimate. The work was completed and cleaned up in one day. Looks great!
