RIVER CITY FOUNDATIONS

River City Foundations came in on 21 August and started the prep for the footers and finished the basement walls waterproofing on 30 August. The individuals I dealt with were Mark, Pat, Damon, Ronnie, and Bo. They were all very professional in the conduct of their work, and they completely and thoroughly answered all of my questions, leaving no grey areas.  I watched then run their transit and set there forms and installing the rebar thru pouring the concrete and dismantling the footer forms, including all interior and exterior drainage and granular backfill.  After a day or so, I watched them construct the basement forms, placing the rebar in the forms and pouring of the concrete walls.  A day or so later they removed the wall forms and then next day they came and installed the basement sealter and applied the tuff & dri waterproofing.  These guys were some of the most competent, professional individuals I have ever come across.  They were not intimidated or aggravated with my million questions, and gave me thorough, complete answers.  I recommend these guys to anyone and will readily hire them again.
