Carpet Installation
They did a great job of installing the carpet. Looks wonderful! they lost the keys to the house and it took 2 weeks to find and recover the keys.There disregard to the security of the house as well as them not being willing to get a locksmith out to undue the lack of trust I have in them. Prevents me from from using them in the future on any of my rentals. and if I cant use them I wont recommend them.

"Customer did not call us for two weeks to say his keys were not at home. The salesman called next day after install to ensure it went well. He never mentioned the keys and said install looked great! Customer service as well called and left him a voicemail to let him know that keys were in mailbox. There should have been no security issue as the keys were there the whole time and the customer did not return our calls for this matter."
