Roy Fitchett is an experienced homebuilder and remodeler who is knowledgeable and an expert in every aspect of home remodeling and repair. He does high-quality, careful work. For us he priced all our jobs fairly and competitively. Any remodeling job in a home, large or small, Roy can do, and carefully and respectfully. He kept in touch with us regarding his schedule so we knew when he was coming to do our work. For each of our jobs, he wrote us an estimate with job details so everything was clearly spelled out. We paid half up front and half upon completion of each job. My husband and I are 100% happy with all the work Roy and his assistant Carlos did on our home this year. I know of other customers of Roy's who hired him for successive home improvement jobs the way we did—customers who asked him to build an addition, to build a two-level deck, to renovate and update their kitchens and bathrooms. Roy told us going in he had other work and ours work be a little slow getting started. However, he came highly recommended and we decided to proceed.
Master bath went well with tile shower and flooring but took a little longer than we anticipated. We are pleased.
Framing and drywall work in MBA, MBR, LDRY, Pantry and BSMT were completed and the rooms look great.
Since we were not living in the house during the remodel, we didn't experience any major issues. However, I expected the workers to clean up a little better before they left each day because I was doing some work myself in the evening. I would definitely use RF Remodeling again and have referred some family members to him.
