Horrible. He replaced broken window panes, and some rotting window sills and tried to say the job was completed and DEMANDED his money. He called me constantly and threatened to take me to court if I didn't pay him immediately. I wouldn't pay him the rest until the job was completely done. He came out to my house twice and after the last time I paid him the second half. I'm left with a very sloppy looking windows. Now either I have to finish them myself or hire ANOTHER person to finish them.
Description of Work: I bought my house in a 'historic' area that doesn't allow vinyl replacement windows. I hired this person to fix my old windows. He was paid half in the beginning and then he was supposed to receive the other half after the work was completed. 13 windows, replace rotting wood, replace the broken window panes and seal the storm windows. I had this money added to my mortgage to have my windows repaired otherwise I believe he wouldn't have tried to charge me more than his estimate.
