RENAISSANCE

This almost an emotional story for us. We tried with several interior designers in town and every time, we felt taken advantage off, put in the dark by the remodelers and interior designers. Ms. Milligan welcomed us in her place and made it clear that she'd work with what every budget we have. This was not easy because we had, as you can imagine, an impossible list of things we wanted to get for the our new business. Not only was she able to purchase nearly everything we want but: 1. She presented a floor plan that exceeded our imagination both from functional and look and feel point of views. 2. She helped us find the a great bidder to finish the work most professionally and reliably and within budget. 3. She supervised all the work through completion. 4. She demonstrated elegantly how much knowledge she has about interior design from A to Z. I can keep writing but I think you get the point...

I THINK SOMETIMES WE GOT PUT OFF BY THEIR LARGER CLIENTS. THE PRICE WAS OKAY. SOMETIMES WE GOT CHARGED THE HOURLY FEE AND OTHER TIMES WE WERE NEVER REALLY SURE WHAT WE'RE PAYING FOR.
