Real Estate Service
We purchased the home contingent on things being done after the home inspection. The water heater needed to be replaced and that was never done. We ended up having to spend $700 on a new heater. Meredeth did not do anything to help us after the purchase. She just took the money and ran. She told us the association fees were going to add up to $300 but when we got the bill, it was $450. She scammed us on this home. She was not honest and she didn't follow through with the contract.

Unfortunately the location of our house and every house in our sub-division sits on a mountain of ants. I feel like a true professional would have know this. We have been suffering for almost a year now. We have not heard from Meredeth to make sure everything was alright nor has she returned my calls.
