Tech showed up late for appointment that was scheduled a week ago. Informed me that to replace a spring was 100 dollars and the service call was 150 dollars tax not included. Although I really needed this repair Im 59 years old and I know when I'm about to get taken advantage of. I declined the service. I called Precision Garage door and they had same day appointment with a 65 dollar service call fee. If you need a garage door installed or repaired I would call Precision.

Someone from Raynor came to the house to provide an estimate to put on a new garage door for a two-car plus garage. Several different models were shown, with no pressure to choose any one particular model. We chose a more expensive model that had great insulation and a look that we were wanting. Worker arrived promptly as planned, took down the old garage door and single-handedly put up the new door. I spent a fair amount of time with the installer out of my own curiosity. He was very willing to engage in conversation while he worked. I was amazed at how agile he was in managing some pretty heaving parts. Clearly he had done this many times. He knew his work well. It took him several hours to complete the work, ad left a very clean work-site afterwards.

Showed up on time and did a great job.  However,  If you have Homelink garage door system on your car, yes it is the standard which comes on most cars, do not use Raynor.  They put a new opener on my door and when I tried to program the homelink system, 3 different cars,  they would not program.  I called the installer and he was not surprised.  He told me they know about the problem but do not offer the adapter unless you call and tell them it does not work,  Really poor way of doing business.  When I called the office it was easy to see what the problem was.  They think that is an acceptable way to treat customers.  When I told them "From a customer perspective, I wish you would have told me your opener wouldn't work or at the very least bring an adaptor with you."  All I got was attitude and the fact that he has been doing this for 25 years.  Do yourself a favor and go someplace else.

We had issue at rental home with previously replaced spring on delapidated 60 yr old wood doors that broke after they were fixed by Raynor.    When I addressed it with the owner, he calmly gave me several different options of replacing the spring again, replacing the spring system with updated new system and wires or getting 2 new doors which would include the whole system of springs and wires and get it up to par.
He also graciously agreed to put the previous recent repair toward the new doors.    
Raynor has done numerous jobs for me and their work on springs and doors is always beyond reproach.    They know what they are doing and have great service.

I called them as they came recommended by a friend, the person on the phone was very helpful in making sure I picked out the right system for my needs, we agreed on the price and setup an appointment. I work really long hours, early morning till late at night most days and upon explaining this he called one of his installers that agreed to come into work almost 2 hours early that morning, that along blew me away. Next morning at 6am the installer pulls in right on the dot, he got straight to work without a hitch. The guy was one of the nicest contractors I have ever dealt with, very helpful and informative. He showed my where my old one failed and explained very clearly all the features of my new system. He finished up about 30 minutes sooner that scheduled and everything worked the first time and looked perfect. I cant recommend this group enough. from the first call to the completion of the install was 24 hours! Everyone I dealt with knew their stuff, very professional. i will definitely use them if needed in the future.

Went to show room, picked out style, and color of door , made a appointment for install. Installer showed up on agreed date, installed door, no problems with door. Added beauty to garage.

They came and did what they said they were going to do. I have no problems with them. They did everything, and they explained. They were very good! The price they gave us was fine with me for the work they did. I did not have any problems with the price. The quality of their work was very good.

They're very good. I would use them again in the future.
