Jaykob and Jason were amazing from start to finish. They came the same day I put a request on Angi. They spent time looking at exactly what the issue was and explained in detail what I needed to have done. They got the roof done in one week which is less than what they quoted. It took their crew one day from start to finish and they were beyond polite while at my house. They cleaned up everything and when they were gone it was like they were never even there. There was very little I had to do, as they took care of everything. I highly recommend Raptor Roofing!

They told me they weren't gonna do a credit report and they did. They brought my credit and they promised me things. They didn't deliver arks. And it was emotional. Else is emotionally devastating Bookmark dealing with him? It was emotional. Devastating to deal with them. They over charged me. They promised to leave me extra. For the roof and tape. I had some damage, they did not. They put on when. Do we wear things on the roof and then take them when they leave me? I think those were going to be put on. They rent my credit. They weren't supposed to do a credit check. I'm trying to and I asked him if they did and they said it would not affect my credit and it did. I gave them a down payment and was supposed to pay the rent the following day. And, when they came to do the job, they kept hounding me that morning when I had money and they had not even started a job yet. Plus. My dog. I was done, in bad health, getting ready to pass and I explained that to them and they still kept bothering me.

"Hi Karen, First, please accept our condolences on the passing of Coujo. We know he had been struggling with his health when we were assisting you, and we are truly sorry for your loss. That said, we are unsure why you chose to leave a negative review, as the details you provided do not reflect the services we performed. You contacted us regarding a leak near your kitchen. Upon inspection, we found a significant section of shingles missing, likely due to wind damage. We immediately installed an emergency tarp before collecting any payment because our priority was protecting your home while you decided how to proceed. We discussed pricing with you, including a comparison against a major competitor?s two year old quote. Despite increases in material, labor, and tariffs over that time, our proposal remained more affordable than their lowest option while also specifying higher quality materials. To help with budgeting, we suggested monthly payments and pursued financing on your behalf, though prequalification was not secured. We then recommended a cashier?s check, the most secure payment method, to be provided before work began. An installation date was scheduled based on this agreement. Leading up to the scheduled date, we made repeated attempts to contact you but found your phone service disconnected. Out of concern, our team visited your home and knocked for approximately 30 minutes before speaking with someone. At that time, we politely explained that a deposit would be required prior to roof tear off. We regret your loss, but to suggest that you were taken advantage of, overcharged, or misled is not accurate. We encourage you to compare our written proposal with the competitor?s quote again to see the difference for yourself. As a veteran owned small business, our reputation depends on referrals and positive client experiences. Both we and Angi?s have attempted to contact you to resolve this matter, but it seems your phone service is still disconnected. Thank you for your time and consideration."

I highly recommend Raptor Roofs! They fixed my roof quickly and were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. I appreciated the free estimate and the follow-up a few weeks later to ensure I was satisfied with the work. Raptor Roofing and Construction is a great company to hire and work with. While repairing hail storm damage many issues were discovered and instead of just covering up the issues they worked with the insurance company and were able to get those issues fixed also. I highly recommend this company
