Great, Brenda gave us very personal service.  We talked to a few of the "big name" realtors and felt they couldn't have cared less about our house.  Brenda went so far as to straighten our house up once for a showing when we hadn't prepared.  Our last realtor was also the realtor for the people from whom we bought this house and I feel they are only interested in the commission and have a s***** feel.

Susan has been excellent to work with. She did a great job during the first purchase to steer us towards a house and neighborhood that suited our needs and resources at the time. She did a great job of showing us what was available and helping us understand the market. Houses were selling much more quickly at the time (2006) so she stressed to us the urgency of looking at promising houses as soon as they came onto the market and recognizing a great house for us when it came along. We got a lovely starter home and a great deal. We have subsequently purchased a second home in a much different housing market but again Susan helped us find the right house and a great deal. Financing was a nightmare for all parties involved but Susan was the perennial professional; patient yet persistent. We are putting our first home on the market this spring and even in this tough market anticipate a profit.
