We met agreed on a price quality of work and that timing was of the essence!!! after multiple no shows I ask for my deposit back whck was refusded...I attempted to compromise which was aloso denied.
In summary we had an agreement to strart a paint project many times which never happen and Rick Stevens refused to refund my deposit even though he did no paint work and breached an agreement several times...I have request the deposit back before 11-14-12 or I will take legal action...a unfortunate situation I hope no one has to experience
