Excellent! They went above and beyond what I was expecting. The roof was in worse shape then we originally thought and they repaired and replaced what was needed with no added charge other than material cost.

Mr Hawkins and his Quality Exteriors crew made the hassle of getting a new roof a breeze. The consultation was professional, easy and straight forward. He explained the whole process from beginning to end as this was my first experience dealing with a wind damaged roof and my insurance company. A wide variety of shingle types and colors were offered and Mr Hawkins took the time to answer every question I asked. On the scheduled day of replacement the multi-men crew arrived at sunrise, covered my landscape with tarps, removed old shingles and replaced some bad plywood all before lunch. The new shingles for the 3700 sq ft roof arrived like clock work as the crew returned from lunch. The last shingle was nailed and the perimeter of my home was cleaned of debris by sunset. I would recommend Quality Exteriors Group to family and friends.

This company's crew had all this accomplished in 2 days time, which includes the dumpster for tear off the removal of it an then on 2nd day installation of roofing materials from roof sheeting up.. They were hard working and diligent roofers. Mr.Hawkins was continually checking on their progress. There was a faulty vent that Mr. Hawkins replaced with no questions asked. The clean-up was immaculate, you couldn't tell anything had taken place on our property. Very satisfied with their work, their price and their ethics. Will definitely rehire for additional work when needed. Thanks, Horn Family
