Very friendly and helpful. Their pricing is in the same range as the provider we use in Berea (which is also family-owned and been around for a while): not cheap, but not overly expensive either. Which is what I'm willing to pay for service when I know I'm not going to be ripped off for repairs that don't need to be done, and those that are done are done competently.
Then to top it off, my wife's credit card was blocked by Visa, who had notified the bank that day that the card had been involved in an online breach: the shop was ready to close, and the poor guy had to wait for us to get that cleared up before he could go home. They are good folks.
BTW: Angie's List has them open until 10 on Saturday. They work until 3 on Saturdays.

They are the place we go to for any kind of auto issues for our two cars. Their price is very reasonable and they're very convenient to work with. They are a locally-owned operation, which I value, and I always found them to be quick to provide service. They're very prompt and I trust them. They will find what's wrong and will fix only what needs to be fixed.

Saw me quickly, did the job, and even gave me the extra bolts I paid for, as they came in pairs, when they could have kept them. And you can come in late in the evening to drop off or pick up.

I have been going there for years and he is very good. He was awesome. He was honest and thorough and took care of my car. My car used to keep having problems and they told me that I needed to get a new car. He checked it out thoroughly and told me what was wrong. He told me truthfully that the car was not worth fixing and advised me to purchase a new car. He didn't have to say that and could have gotten business from me but he was honest.

Rocky is the owner. What they did always worked, but they were honest enough to tell me when I needed a new car. They are honest, fast, and they will drive you back and forth to work if your car needs to stay there for work.
