They were the first to respond and were available to do the work immediately after evaluation. The Repairman was friendly,professional and, very efficient with my time and his. After the work was completed I had heard from other companies and reviewed quotes. Pro lift was right in the middle with their pricing. I highly recommend for 5 stars on all fronts.

They had a much better price and lead time than at least 2 or 3 other companies we researched. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was due to the cleanup. There were a few bolts and paint shavings on the garage floor I had to sweep up. Maybe I’m just being a bit picky on the sweep up. :-) We had to wait at least 8 weeks for the door to come in after paying 50% upfront, however this is common because of the supply and manufacturing issues going on at this time. The communication was very good with the company while we waited and the door looks great! We would hire again!

Chad at ProLift made this such a great experience. From the start of the project to the end, communication was amazing, they were able to accommodate my crazy schedule and the work was completed in a timely manner. The ProLift team was hard working and cleaned up after the installation. Chad s honesty was a major selling point as well, only replacing what was necessary. I would not hesitate to use ProLift again and have already referred them to a couple of friends.
