Darryl did an extremely thorough inspection and showed me specific items to ensure I would have full context when I received his report. The report was well presented and organized by areas of the house so I could easily refer to specific items. I would absolutely recommend Procheck for a home inspection.

Darryl did a very thorough inspection of all the areas over 3 hours and gave a very detailed report with tons of photos. The report was broken down into a complete report and then a section just covering items that needed further review/repair. He checked on plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and all the other components (including a heated tile floor).
My only concern was that Darryl does not consider himself qualified to check roof integrity. He did see some items that he thought required additional checking, but was unable to get on the roof and check for sure. This slowed us down as we needed to get an extension of our inspection period to get a roofer out to complete the inspection. If we had known this ahead of time, we would have tried to get both parties out on the same day.

Daryl was very thorough in his inspection, carefully explaining everything as he was evaluating and made sure we knew what needed to be corrected right away or was not as serious. Prochek was recommended to us by a friend and we would gladly recommend him to other friends, as well.

Everything went great. The report was complete, included photos and helped in prioritizing cosmetic versus necessary repairs.
