This was not one of the preferred shops from my insurance company but it is the only Mercedes certified shop in the Louisville area. Norman and Christie were absolutely fabulous to work with. I was updated at each step of the way, everything was explained to me and coordinated with the insurance company. when completed they sent the car to Tafel Mercedes to get inspected and completed. My car was washed and waxed and completely detailed. all the parts are OEM MB with a lifetime warranty as long as I own the vehicle. Car was ready when they said and it looks as good as new. This is a top notch outfit.
The quality of their work is exemplary.... and what made the experience that much better was the service from their team, especially Christie. what a pleasure to work with.

Last year they re-sprayed the hood of my car (unusual 2006 color, needed a good color match) after I had the racing stripes removed.
Norman is a great guy.. so friendly and helpful. The price on the job was very fair. Christy in reception is great too... warm, friendly and professional.
I was very happy with that job.
Then brought the car back to get the hood scoop replaced after it came off.
I was prepared to pay for it but Norman said that it was possible it came loose after they did the re-spray and took full responsibility and did not charge me for this recent job.
They are just decent people who do the best work, are honest and a pleasure to do business with.
I would always go back to them.

Excellent!  My daughter had body damage from a minor motor vehicle accident .  The rear bumper was damaged.  The staff was professional throughout our entire experience with them.  They gave us options of replacing the bumper or doing the best they could trying to repair it.  We went with the later and it looks like it did when it was brand new.   I felt like it was extremely reasonable and in addition, they buffed out several other minor scratches on the paint on other parts of the car as well.  I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again!

They were priced fairly and they did an excellent job. the work met my expectations.

Shop gave us a prompt extimate. They completed the repair to our complete satisfaction and returned the car when promised. Polite and courteous.

They were referred to us by a neighbor and they were very good. Our overall experience with them was good. They did have some trouble in getting a part for our vehicle. There was also some problem with condensation in the headlight. So, it took a little longer than we expected and they took care of both the problems. Something that I really like about them is the quality of their work which is of high quality. They are expensive, but I thought it was worth it, as it was a brand new car that had been damaged. We didn't want to put something on it, that would wear away after a couple of years and so, we wanted it to be new again.
