Pond and Fountain World

It was very slow going. It now looks very nice, but I have never dealt with any contractor as difficult with which to work. Every question was answered with disdain. In the end, we had to submit all questions in writing to his email. They would come one day and not for two. The final price was double what the estimate was. Although we did add one extra rock, and at the contractors recommendation, we used partially artificial rock which apparently was more expensive; however, there was no indication,either verbally or in writing, as the project progressed, of the marked increase in cost.

Great job cleaning and checking my system. I also purchase from them and they were excellent and did a great job.

This is our third time to use this company for maintenance on our pond. They have been courteous and take time to answer questions. They returned calls. This job took approximately two hours to complete with two men working the entire time. They cleaned up the area and put everything back in place. The pond looks great and the fish healthy. We are very pleased with their work.

The fountain was installed and within one month there was a crack in it and it was leaking. I called and left a message. After a minimum of 30 phone calls I finally was told they would reorder a replacement bowl. Mid October they installed the new one and said that I would need to winterize which is not a problem. I bought a fountain cover and vacuumed out all the water, and let it dry out. I then covered it (bone dry) for the entire winter. The following April I take the cover off and clean out and fill. What do I find but a crack in the fountain and it is leaking. Obviously there is a quality issue from the manufacturer. I called that day and emailed pictures. Three weeks later I finally get a call and they say that I am responsible for freight of a replacement bowl and half of the original cost to install a new bowl on top of the original amount I paid for product with full installation.June is now here and they called and said they got the bowl in and said they would need a credit card to come out and deliver and install. Fine. They came out with new bowl. When they got here they pulled it off the truck and as they are bringing it in they found a crack in the new bowl. They said they would take the fountain back and give me credit only for the fountain portion and I had to eat the installation fee and I was to pick out another fountain. I went up there and picked out another fountain on June 23rd. They were to call me. July 1st they called and said he would get back with me after July 11th because he was on vacation.
My wife ended up going up there to work with this group because I couldn't take anymore. We ended up paying another $600-$800 more and finally got it installed and working. Needless to say I won't be running into their store anytime soon to do business with them.

I will never use this company again!! I have never been treated so rudely. The Service Manager hung up on me when he called me to ask me about his service call. I answered honestly and explained what I didn't like about the service. He refused to listen to me and even told me that I had not idea what I was talking about. This was after he and quot;forgotand quot; about my first appointment and didn't come and then made excuses that made no sense to me.
This company has lovely ponds and fountains, but if the customer service is horrible, then they won't sell many of them--and none of them to me!!

It was a very smooth process overall. George Davis the owner is very knowledgeable and spent several hours helping us design and choose the right equipment for the pond. His installation crew did a great job, the finished product is just beautiful and turned out even better than expected.
