This is for the Hurstborne store but it wasn't listed. I signed up for the Beginner 6 week dog class. I signed up with the instructor. She failed to mention that it would really go on for 8 weeks because she would be out for 2 weeks. She spent most of the first 2 classes working with the other dogs because they would do what she wanted. She was not friendly, did not address issues, did not do what was in the packet and my main goal was to socialize and help my 2 year old rescue dog. She would tell me that my dog is high anxiety and cries too much, reasons we were there. She wanted to try the gentle leader, put it on him and basically drug him out of the room. I didn't even attend the last 2 classes, especially since the last class was to test what they learned. I knew my dog would fail and I would be talked down to again.

I wasn’t terribly impressed with Petsmart at the Outer loop location. This is the first time I had Petsmart groom my dog. I had
asked that they not shave his head completely down. I asked them to scissor cut the top and after picking him up and getting him home I took a closer look to find that half of his hair on his head was approx.. 1 and frac12; and the other half was about 2 inches. He also had issues with his behind after they expressed his anal glands. I spoke to my vet regarding this and they have experienced other customers that took their dogs to this location that also complained that they’re pets had problems with this procedure. It was not completed correctly causing my dog discomfort. I took him to my vet versus taking him back up to Petsmart.
Based on the past experience I've found another groomer that I'm pleased with.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Checked for up to date vet records. Did a great job with my uncooperative cat.

My dogs love going to the groomer at Petsmart. They always take excellent care of them and the dogs come home looking and smelling great! They usually only take about 2 hours to complete the job. They have a lot of services they can do a-la-cart, so if you only need their nails trimmed it is not a problem. I have been very happy with them. Their prices seem comparable to the other groomers I have tried.
