PetSmart - Springhurst

When I picked her up she had not been walked or fed before I got there and she drank and drank water when I got her home. To me that is an indicator that she had no water in her cage. They were not friendly and when I questioned the price, which was $42. for 1 night they acted offended.. The price which was supposed to be $30. was another $13. because I did not pick her up by noon. I will not use these people again.

I don’t do boarding of my pets there.  It is convenient and they do a really good job.  The location is perfect.  There is nothing wrong.  It is clean and efficient.

They were so wonderful and my dog couldn't wait to go. It is a doggy day care and they know how to deal with the animals. My dog enjoys that place. I was looking for a place that is out of town that is reliable, that deals with the dog and where it is taken care of. They've got a couple of people who really love dogs. It is the only place I would ever take my dogs. I think the price was reasonable.

This place is great. He comes in and is ready to go. Everyone that works there is very good with my dog and takes really good care of him. I don't leave my dog just anywhere, but I feel very comfortable leaving him here with the staff. They take amazing care of him.

They do a pretty good job. They do love her and care for her. Some groomers do a better job than others. They always allow extra time for the grooming, and my dog typically takes about 2 hours. They pretty much run on time and handle themselves professionally with the dogs.

The last time I took the dog in there and he saw the girl that had groomed him he began shaking and whimpering - I realize that it could be because he does not like being groomed but I have never seen this type of behavior out of him before anywhere else. The last time I had him groomed I was not pleased with the results and will be searching for a new groomer.

I had appointments for both of my dogs at 7:00am this morning. Since I was just back from a vacation and not quite ready for the work week, I arrived 17 minutes late - 7:17. I was told that they could not take my dogs since I was late for the appointment and they had called the first person on the wait list. I understand that I shouldn't have been late for the appointment but there was no attempt by staff to fit my dogs in at a later time during the day. In fact, if they were so busy how could they possibly fit in the wait list dogs when they would arrive at least an hour late? Staff said that we would need to reschedule. Since it took 3 weeks to get this appointment, I was not interested in rescheduling. With so many people on staff in the grooming salon at Pet Smart, it seems that something could have been done to TRY to accommodate. This was not even my first time at Pet Smart's grooming salon - my 2 dogs have been going there for about 2 years.

They were very thorough and very good. They even gave shots that I did not expect that I had to have, but they were very expensive. They seem like special, but then when you go in, they talk you into so many other things. I should have talk myself out of it, but I did not. They were higher than I usually pay for veterinary care. They were good. Their price was the only problem that I did not like, but I could have worked on that better.

I've had great service. They all like my dog. They are very positive. I would recommend them.

My dog loves the Pet Hotel because I enroll him in Doggy Day Camp. He gets out of the cage and gets to play with other dogs. Check in and out is very easy. They give you a report card with how the pet does. Usually at checkout they offer other details about his visit. They will also prepare food according to your guidelines and you can order special treats too.

Absolutely wonderful. There is someone there 24 hours a day. My dog has been sick before when he was there and they contacted me immediately. The administer his medications properly when he is there. The doggie day camp is great. He loves it. We will take him there just for day play.
