The owner here is fantastic. Upon dropping off my dog, she knew him by name and even remembered him from the last time he was there. The staff is great and all seem to genuinely enjoy working with animals. Super-friendly, and I've never had any problems. Highly recommend!

They do an excellent job and they have a reasonable rate.  They do a fantastic job.

During the last year we finally took the step and decided to seriously leave Missy Dog with a boarder.
After visiting a couple and doing research on several we visited Pet School and Hotel. We were impressed with
the cleanliness, size, and they keep records of your pet. They take your dog outside about 5 or 6 times
a day. The kennels are roomy with a big window and have a large outside enclosed fence.
Missy runs to the door and once inside is excited to be there.
Mary and the other ladies are as sweet as molasses and always make you feel welcome. We really feel good about leaving Missy Dog with them.

FANTASTIC!!! They are absolutely wonderful. They show everything online pretty well. It's a double decker kennel - the smaller dogs are above and the larger dogs are below. They have picture windows that go out to the play yard so the dogs can see out. The kennels are either 6x6 or 7x7. The rates are amazing - their starting fee is $8-$10 less than anyone else around. The dogs are taken out 5-6 times a day; they're interacted with 5-6 times a day. The prefer for customers not to pop in because they want to spend all their time with the animals. They encourage appointments/call-aheads. It's an older place. They also keep all the yappers in one area and the quieter dogs in another area. They have 5 different wings. It's clear that the animals come first. They are closed on the holidays. They do an exit groom if you want, for an additional fee.

They're extremely attentive and easy to reach. Also very friendly and professional.

Fine. Just be sure to book ahead of time because the rooms for smaller dogs are snatched up quickly. I have had no problems with drop off or pick up and it is even possible to pick up your pet late on Sunday and this is not true with all boarding facilities. I have use The Pet School and Hotel for about 7-8 years.

My dog was displaying negative behavior and damaging furniture and home belongings. They worked with her for 2 weeks, while she was borded there, and taught me commands to better control her behavior. She is SO much better and I am able to better control her behavior and she, herself, has become non distructive. I am extremely pleased with the results.

It's been a very positive experience. Any time you have a dog that you're taking for boarding, and you take them back the second time and the dog runs up to the folks, and they wag their tail and greet them, that tells you that the dog had a positive experience, and that's what you're looking for. They come back healthy. They come back clean. I've seen the back area of the hotel. We have two dogs and they do keep them together, but there's a room for each dog with a drain, a window and a light. Overall, it's just a good, positive experience. The folks are extremely friendly. They call and remind you. If they see an issue, they'll bring it to your attention. They check shot lists before the dogs come in to make sure that they're up to date.

THEY DID VERY GOOD. THEY JUST SEEMED TO TAKE VERY GOOD CARE OF HER AND WE HAD NO COMPLAINT'S WHAT SO EVER. I WARNED THEM ABOUT SOME OF THE BEHAVIORAL PROBLEMS THAT MY DOG SHOWS AND THEY WERE ABLE TO GIVE ME SOME TIPS ABOUT HOW TO CURB HER BEHAVIOR WHEN I CAME TO PICK HER UP.

THEY EXCERSIZED THE DOGS AND FEED THEM. THEY HAD THEM SHAMPOOED AND GROOMED. EVERYTHING BUT THE PRICE WAS EXCELLENT. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO, THE DOG WAS IN GOOD SHAPE. I THOUGHT IT WAS A BIT PRICEY FOR TWO NIGHTS.
