Auto Service
I stopped in without an appointment and was taken immediately. The problem was diagnosed quickly and I wasn't charged for the diagnostic. I opted to bring the car back for a test to determine the exact part that was bad and was charged for the test as well as for the needed part when it was ordered. When the part came in I got the call and took the car back. Someone from the shop came back to my office to drop me off and take the car back to the shop. Same thing when the car was finished. The only thing I was disappointed about was the time it took to get the part when it had been supposedly ordered for next day delivery, for which I was not charged.
