If I could leave zero stars, I would. We installed this in our brand new home and it took over a year to complete (work stopped after they were paid in full). Looks beautiful but leaks every time it rains. Leaks have now damaged inside of home. Phone calls are not answered. Repeated calls for help have been ignored. Today a PANEL FELL OUT and shattered. Thank God no one was underneath. See you in court.

They can improve by, I am not too happy with the fact, there is a bent and scratch in the framework, there is a gap in one of the windows which can cause the window not to seal properly. I told them about it. they know about the scratch and said paint it. I financed it. They called me. I am going to call them and find out what they found out. They were going to call and ask them if they were going to come and fix this. Instead of my boyfriend doing it, I have a guarantee on it and now I am beginning to wonder if I really have a guarantee on it or not. I like the glass and I like the room. I just don't like those certain things on it. I thought it was a bit much for what I got. It took him a week. He would come in and do an hour or two, then be gone. I took off of work a couple of times to be there when he was working. He would come for a bit then be gone. It was crazy. I am not real happy with the fact that I would call them and they would not be there. I would have to call a different office to try to get someone to answer me. I had a window at the top that they evidently did not order until they started. It was going to take a week or 2 to come in. They told me they would put it in on the 10th. Again, I took off so that I could be there. I asked them what time they were going to be here. They said, no it just came in on the truck today, we are not going to install in until tomorrow. That is the 11th. You told me and my boyfriend the 10th. Then it rained and they couldn't do it then. On the 12th, they finally put it in.

The snow, ice, and serious cold slowed the process down some which was understandable.  They removed the existing space and completed work to  assure the current roof was acceptable.  They also moved the hot tub off the deck as requested, since the tub was not going back into the new room.  As the work went on and some minor concerns came up, rough flooring as an example, they took care of it quickly.  Everything seemed to fit together nicely, the room looks as good as the pictures from the salesmen's book.  The sliding doors all move nicely, very pleased with the product and the work done.

The salesman was very informative and helpful.  The installers were extremely accommodating, courteous and professional.  The work was very well done.  They were able to complete the work in-time for Thanksgiving as-promised.  We enjoyed the new room immensely for both Thanksgiving and Christmas.  Plus, it looks awesome!

The guys working put their heart into it. Everything works properly. They did a little bit of artistic work that I didn’t expect; it really shows and makes the room look better. We had a little bit of a problem with the AC system; they did what they could and immediately responded. I was extremely pleased. There weren't any delays or a lot of add on's. They fulfilled the contract very well.

My worst experience. Not satisfied with sales or management, but the contractor was satisfactory. Quality both process and product. Process and treatment by sales and management gets an "F". Told me things they later denied, blamed me for the problems, never accepted any responsibility for problems getting the job completed in a timely manner. The contractor was OK, took pride in his work and sometimes went beyond what was expected. He was slow and missed several days due to illnesses and others did not have his same attention to detail. Persistent leaks occurred. 5 months to complete from contract signing, 7 weeks to construct, much longer than expected. 2 week delay due to previous job, all work stopped (for 10 days) when contractor fell ill, no other experienced workers available. Meanwhile deck rails removed and roof cut out. Another 3-4 week period to fix leaks. Did not always show when expected and did not always call when they didn't show. Filed formal complaint with BBB.

THEY DID A SUPERB JOB, WE HAVE HAD NUMEROUS STORMS, AND WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY LEAKS. IT HOOKED IMMEDIATELY ONTO OUR ALARM SERVICE, THE WINDOWS NEVER STUCK. WE NEVER HAD TO ADJUST THE WINDOW AT ALL. THEY DID A SUPERB JOB.
