Dealing with Parson's Body Shop from beginning to end was nothing short of an excellent experience ! I've used their services twice over the years and have always been 100% satisfied with appointment scheduling, staying in touch, finishing on time, beautiful work and the best price around. Because part of my repair was 'other party pay' related, I did have to get other estimates. Dreading the thought of using anyone else, I was so happy when they came in hundreds under two local competitors.
A few years ago I was involved in an accident and in the shuffle of moving personal items out of my car so it could be towed, I misplaced my wallet. Certain it was in my coat pocket, I was shocked to get a call from Butch Parson's the next day saying he had found it in the console. Of course everything was in it including quite a bit of cash and my credit cards, but I still wonder to this day what might have happened had my car been towed somewhere else.
Sending my appreciation to Butch and the gang for another job well done ! The fact that they also washed my filthy car and had it warmed up and waiting on a freezing cold day was just icing on the cake !

The owner of this store is amazing. That is all I can say. I brought my van in for an estimate on friday. they booked me for drop off on monday. When I dropped the vsn off I was going to take a cab home but the owner offered me a ride home. On wed when the van was ready he even drove back to my house and picked me up. The paint job was awesome!. there was actually one spot not related to the keying i had asked for him to fix while it was in. One thing or another it got forgotten. When I called him back he told me to bring it on in and he would get it. I did so and he touched up that one spot and even buffed out 2 other spots. When I asked how much I owed him he would not take a payment.
If you want an honest local business that takes pride in their work I would go Parsons all the way.
