When our brand new LG 65 inch television began having issues we were directed by LG to contact Parkway Electronics for our repairs. Even though it was in the evening we got ahold of someone right away. Tony was attentive, friendly and professional both over the phone and when he came to our home. He took the time to listen and diagnose our problems and was proactive about keeping in touch with us during the whole process of approval from LG and parts ordering. Working with him has been a great experience and I would contact him for any other repairs in the future. The reason our repair has no price listed is that the television is under warranty so LG has to pay for the services.

He was very professional! He got back with us quickly. We had another television that was not able to be repaired and he did not charge us for that one. We highly recommend him and would definitely take our televisions to him again.

Tony is the kind of guy anyone would gladly welcome doing business with. While he was actually called to fix our microwave, the business also deals in repairs of televisions of all kinds, home theater systems, DVD and VCR repair. The company are warranty authorized for RCA, GE Philips, Magnavox, Sharp, Sanyo, Fisher, Zenith, Pioneer, Welton, Techwood, Apex and others.
Tony was personable, respectful, clean-cut and did great work. In all I would give the Parkway Electronics/Tony experience an A+.
