Fast reply, but poor outcome. I still have items in my kitchen that need fixed (i.e. clogged drain). Over-priced on what was done.

"Fern Creek plumbing went to the member's house to repair a leak under her kitchen sink and look at her disposal that was not working. We repaired the leak, inspected the disposal and it was locked up. She told the service that her dishwasher was not draining. The service man check the drain lines they were clear turned on the dishwasher and the pump was bad on the dishwasher. He told her that the disposal needed to be replaced and the pump was out on the dishwasher. He told her that we can replace them both but she would need to call a appliance repair man. She did not want us to do that at that time. She paid her bill and we left. She had no complaint at that time. I offered to come over myself and see what the problem was but she would not let me."

We had some pipes burst in our house. They came out rather quickly. We didn't notice until after work and they came out the next morning. They provided very fast service and good communication. The job was done quickly and they did not make a mess. I was very pleased with the service. They are locally owned and not very big. We have worked with them before and have been very happy with their services. I thought the price was a little expensive but I understand all the costs involved in it.
