They did a good job. The $120 included the trip charge to come out as well. They got out here pretty quickly.

the plumber called when he was comming over,gave plenty of notice so ididn"t miss a lot of time at work. the plumber was verry friendly and explained what he was doing and why.

Very professional and polite crew. They did a really nice job. Only complaint was that the final bill came in about $100 higher than estimated, but they did good work.

The day of the service, the owner of Pacific Plumbing (Jack Graham) telephoned me to make sure I had been happy with the service. I have used Pacific Plumbing on several occassions before and have always been very happy with their service. Mr. Graham is always professional, courteous and competent. I would absolutely reccomend Pacifc Plumbing to anyone needing their service.

I called Pacific Plumbing after hearing about them on Facebook. I had used them before for a different plumbing problem. On both occasions they came out the same day, were in and out in no time, and the work was both expertly completed and timely. The price was very reasonable, and the owner of the company called me later each time to make sure I was satisfied.

Jack has always been very prompt in returning my calls. He is very reasonable in his pricing, in fact on the low end of standard plumbing costs. I didn't have to clean up after them, they did a great job in cleaning up.
What I also like about Pacific Plumbing is i know the job is going to get done right the first time, i don't have to wonder if I'm not looking over their shoulder if they are trying to cut corners. I think if you need a plumber and you don't call Pacific Plumbing you are doing yourself a disservice.
