The work was scheduled at my convenience and within the time frame I wanted. The technician called a half hour before expected arrival to say he was on the way. An hour later he had still not shown so I called the office; he had vehicle trouble and had gone back to the office to change vehicles (but did not call to tell me). The office manager said he was on the way and he would give me a 10% discount for my wait. Another hour passed and he had still not arrived; the tech called me to verify address. He had used a mapquest type service to locate my home and it had sent him to the entire opposite side of town. When he finally arrived, well over 3 hours late, I was not happy that the bulk of my day had been consumed with this project. However, the technician was very apologetic and personable and the best part - he did a fabulous job. My carpets had not been cleaned in nearly 2 years and with 2 teenage boys they were in dire need of cleaning. The process got out all the spots and brightened up the overall appearance of the carpet - I was very pleased with the outcome. And it was dry in about an hour. I will definitely call them back for my next cleaning, but make sure they know where they are headed before they come.
